Support Assistant

Managed Services customers can use the system tray icon near the clock in the lower right corner of your screen to quickly and easily open a case with a screenshot of any error messages.

Alternate Support Connectors

If your computer is not able to start a remote support session, your technician may ask you to run an alternate connector.

Windows 10 Users: Please click your start button and type Quick Assist. Your technician will provide you with a code in order to connect you to remote support.

Windows 8/7 Users: Please download and run our Windows connector. There is no installation needed, but you may need to click the "Allow Access" button on the Windows Firewall pop up.


Mac Users: An updated Mac Connector is coming soon!
