Monitoring and protection are required on every client computer/server. Remote system monitoring and management, antivirus, and patch management are included in Unlimited Support at no additional charge. Monthly Block of Hours and As-Needed add $15 per computer/server per month.
Unlimited Support prices the entire device quantity at its applicable tier: 1–10 devices at $125 each per month; 11–20 devices at $115 each per month; 21–30 devices at $105 each per month; 31+ devices at $95 each per month.
